Please be on time for your appointment! A 10 minute Grace period is allowed. After 10 minutes you will be charged a $5 late fee. After 15 minutes your appointment will be canceled.
No Call No shows will result in Customer BFB (Banned from Booking.)
‼️NO EXTRA GUESTS‼️
If you need to reschedule please do not forget to do so Preferably 48 hours before appointment.

Please be mindful that I may ask for pictures of service area and or a reference photo so that I may offer you my best work.

If you did not book a wash, please come with clean hair❗️i.e FRESHLY WASHED and FREE of OIL or GREESE ❗️
If you did not book a detangle Do not come with tangled hair or matted extensions.
Either of these actions will result in either a $30 Policy violation fee or Immediate Dismissal without Deposit Refund‼️
